We collect the following Personally Identifiable Information from users who buy our products and services: name, email address, telephone number, address, and credit card number.

In addition, upon using the Service, individual transaction data obtained from your third-party invoicing or accounting application, (“Quickbooks,” “Xero,” “Clio” etc.) information collected via the browser, user generated content and other information uploaded to the website by the user, in conjunction with your use of the Service may be collected. Information obtained through these means that relates to the user’s client or customer to be invoiced through Set Show Sold Insurance may at times be referred to as “Third-Party Client Information” throughout this Privacy Policy.

Additional information from or about you may also be collected in other ways, including responses to customer surveys and any communications with our customer service team.

We use “cookies” so that our Website can remember you and provide you with the information you’re most likely to need. For instance, when you return to the Website, cookies identify you and prompt the site to provide your username (not your password), so you can sign in more quickly. Cookies also allow our Website to remind you of your past usage and to suggest similar products and services. Finally, we use information gained through cookies to compile statistical information about use of our Website, such as the time users spend at the site and the pages they visit most often. Third-party client and customer information, provided to Set Show Sold Insurance by users, shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party, unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to conform to the law, or comply with legal process served on us. Such information shall be utilized only for the purpose for which Set Show Sold Insurance was created, which is to facilitate the billing and collection process for electronic billing of customers and clients.

Although Set Show Sold Insurance utilizes the highest reasonable levels of data security in the industry, we cannon guarantee the security of PII or other information provided to us. By using our Website, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our Website at your own risk.

Sharing Personal information

Set Show Sold Insurance will not rent or sell your Personal Information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Set Show Sold Insurance (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Set Show Sold Insurance will share your Personal Information with a limited number of Set Show Sold Insurance partners for the explicit purpose of providing services to you as it relates to your service offering. You are agreeing that we are allowed to use your information in advertising campaigns such as and not limited to our website, our email marketing, and other forms of multimedia marketing. If we do this, such third parties’ use of your Personal Information will be bound by terms at least as restrictive as this Privacy Policy.

As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, transaction, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. We may also transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, bankruptcy, mergers, or dissolution.

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, Set Show Sold Insurance will not disclose Personal Information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our User Agreement, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; and (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Set Show Sold Insurance, our customers or others.

Communications

We use third parties for our communications that you will use to communicate with your clients and prospects. Set Show Sold Insurance will not be held liable for how you use, or abuse, these platforms. Our communication costs will vary as our vendors and third parties may update their prices and we are subjecting these prices to an additional charge. To receive a copy of market rate charges, please get in contact with us.

Users assume all liability as it relates to their usage of our platform to communicate in forms of any kind. We provide campaigns that need to be used in accordance with their local, state, and federal laws.

Refunds and Payments

Set Show Sold Insurance, LLC pays a variety of vendors and has multiple licensing agreements in place with Set Show Sold, LLC and other service providers in order to pull together the various services they provide. That being said, once an account has been set up, which requires a great deal of up front cost and work - there will not be refunds granted. This includes, with out exception, if you opt to perform a payment plan rather than the set up fee. While the payment plan is designed to provide a more cost effective way to get onto the platform - you are opting to pay the "set up fee" over time while the work required to complete the set up and servicing of the account is done ahead of time. You are responsible for the entirety of the payment plan as our work is rendered.

We operate on this agreement and without it - we would not be able to offer such a price. We will do whatever is required to collect this debt and will not refund for work that has already been rendered, whether you chose a payment plan, or to cover the initial set up fee at once.

Compromise of Personal Information

In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Set Show Sold Insurance will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, by email, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Set Show Sold Insurance shall not be liable for the transfer of any personal identification information resulting from loss or distribution of data, the delineation or corruption of storage media, power failures, natural phenomena, riots, acts of vandalism, sabotage, terrorism or any other event beyond Set Show Sold Insurance's control.

Your Choices About Your Information

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Service, in which case Set Show Sold Insurance may not be able to provide certain services to you. You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging in to your account. You can review and correct the information about you that Set Show Sold Insurance keeps on file by contacting us as described below.

Information relating to minors

Set Show Sold Insurance does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register with our Service. It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business related purposes, to you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of such notice on our website, as determined by Set Show Sold Insurance in its sole discretion. If we change our privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes on our website to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Payment Plans and Split Set Up Fees

We offer a number of ways to pay for our product to make our service available to agents of all levels with various economic goals. If you choose a plan with a set up fee, then the plan is month to month and you can cancel at any time through our management portal or by sending us an email. If you are on a payment plan or purchased through the "split set up" options, you are fully obligated to complete your payments as we do a tremendous amount of up front work and the set up fee is in exchange for that. Purchasing under a split set up or payment plan option still requires this set up, however, you are agreeing to pay this over time - regardless of wanting to cancel, and are obligated to pay. Failure to pay will result in sending your account to collections, followed by legal action, if required, as our services have been executed and your side of the transaction is not performing it's part to pay what is owed.

Non Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (this “Agreement" or this “Non-Disclosure Agreement") by and between Set Show Sold Insurance LLC, a Florida limited liability company type of legal entity, having its principal place of business at 734 Rugby Street (the “Disclosing Party"), and the users of this software (the “End User(s)") who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

WHEREAS, through this Non-Disclosure Agreement, Set Show Sold Insurance LLC and End User(s) have entered into a relationship by which End User(s) may be exposed to certain confidential information of Set Show Sold Insurance LLC, in which it has an interest in protecting.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties hereto, Set Show Sold Insurance LLC and End User(s) (individually, each a “Party" and collectively, the “Parties") covenant and agree as follows:

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Non Disclosure Agreement, the following terms are defined as follows:

a. “Trade Secret" means all information possessed by or developed for Set Show Sold Insurance LLC to which all the following apply: (i) the information derives independent economic value from not being generally known and (ii) Set Show Sold Insurance LLC takes reasonable precautions to prevent such information from being disclosed to the public.

b. “Confidential Information" means information, to the extent it is not a Trade Secret, which is possessed by Set Show Sold Insurance LLC and which relates to Set Show Sold Insurance LLC, including, without limitation, for example: business plans, strategies, existing or proposed bids, costs, technical developments, financial or business projections, investments, marketing plans, or training information, materials, and examples of confidential information.

2. NON DISCLOSURE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Except as required to further the relationship between Set Show Sold Insurance LLC and End User(s) or as expressly authorized in writing on behalf of Set Show Sold Insurance LLC, End User(s) shall not disclose, directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information during the period of his/her relationship with Set Show Sold Insurance LLC or anytime after the termination of such relationship.

3. TRADE SECRETS

Throughout the duration of this Non Disclosure Agreement and End User(s)'s business relationship with Set Show Sold Insurance LLC and anytime after the termination of such relationship, End User(s) shall do what is reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized disclosure of Set Show Sold Insurance LLC's Trade Secrets. Further, after the termination of the any such relationship, End User(s) shall not use or disclose Set Show Sold Insurance LLC's Trade Secrets as long as they remain Trade Secrets.

4. EXCEPTIONS

The provisions of Sections 2 and 3 above will not be deemed to prohibit any disclosure that is required by law or court order, however End User(s) agrees to provide Set Show Sold Insurance LLC with reasonable prior notice and an opportunity to contest or minimize such disclosure.

5. RETURN OF DOCUMENTS

Immediately upon termination of the relationship between Set Show Sold Insurance LLC and End User(s), End User(s) shall return to Set Show Sold Insurance LLC any documents pertaining to the Confidential Information or Trade Secrets which are in End User(s)'s possession.

6. REPRESENTATIVE ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

​End User(s) acknowledges that: (i) this Agreement has been specifically bargained between the parties and reviewed by End User(s), (ii) End User(s) has had an opportunity to obtain legal counsel to review this Agreement, and (iii) the covenants made by and duties imposed upon End User(s) hereby are fair, reasonable and minimally necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of Set Show Sold Insurance LLC, (iv) such covenants and duties will not place an undue burden upon End User(s)'s livelihood in the event of termination of End User(s)'s business relationship with Set Show Sold Insurance LLC and the strict enforcement of the covenants contained herein, and (v) any breach of this Agreement will cause substantial and irreparable harm to Set Show Sold Insurance LLC for which money damages would be an inadequate remedy.

7. NON COMPETE

​End User(s) agrees to not compete or assist in competing companies, known today or to be formed at a future day, in attempting to create a competing software as it relates to:

marketing applications involving multimedia channels with the purpose of generating, following up, or otherwise assisting in the sales process for insurance policies. Set Show Sold's proprietary system involves decades of market knowledge and the future potential is significant. It is understood that Set Show Sold Insurance can protect it's assets from damages caused by any competition resulting from End User(s)'s assistance of this competition, potentially at the expense of End User(s) and/or the company benefitting from Set Show Sold Insurance's proprietary systems, knowledge, experience, and/or other clearly identifiable technology.

8. VENUE

This Non Disclosure Agreement and the interpretation of the terms herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Orange County, Florida.

BY SHOWING AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS, each of the Parties has executed this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
